Sengkaling
Sengkaling is one of the tourism object in Sengkaling village, Dau
subdistrict, Malang regency. This tourism object located in near of Brantas
river that is resources water for unnatural lake in Sengkaling.
The popular fasilitiy in Sengkaling is “Water Cycle” in unnatural lake. This area is about 2 hectare. Sengkaling has many playing mode for kids, some animals (lions, peacocks, horses) and swimming pool. The organiser of Sengkaling tourism object is Mr.Coolman from Dutch in 1950, but now UMM (Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang) is the owner of Sengkaling.

Sengkaling is at Jl Raya Mulyoagung No 188,
Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang, or it is about 10 km from the center of the
town. It's location is very strategic because it's connect the the city of
Malang and Batu. Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling is a family recreation place as the
slogan og Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling "Wisata Air Impian Keluarga"
which in english means water recreation for family. In this place we can find
many water spot so there is so many people want to visit this
place. Sengkaling is one of the Bussiness that UMM had, so honestly there
are a lot of bussiness that UMM had been working for, such as Hotel, machine
shop, SPBU, and the famous one, of course UMM Dome.
In addition, Sengkaling tourism object has Bougenville Room hall that can be rent for wedding party, birthday party, etc. Sengkaling also has SFF (Sengkaling Food Festival). SFF is central of Kuliner in East Java. SFF preparation hundreds tenant that is serve many menu of food with achievable for all kind of people. SFF is compatible for hang out, meeting point, quality time with family or friend.
Sengkaling open everyday at
06.00-18.00 WIB (Monday-Friday) and 06.00-20.00 WIB (Saturday, Sunday and
Bigday). SFF open everyday at 16.00-23.00 WIB (Monday-Friday) and 12.00-23.00
WIB (Saturday and Sunday)
